Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the ZK-WebManager software (the "Service") operated by us.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, installing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Software License

Upon purchase of a one-time plan (Basic Setup or Standard Annual), we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the Service for your internal business operations. For the "Managed Service" (Monthly Subscription) plan, the license is active as long as the subscription payments are up to date.

3. Support Policy

  • Basic Setup (5000 BDT): Includes technical support via email or phone for a period of fifteen (15) days from the date of purchase. This covers setup, integration, and bug fixes.
  • Standard Annual (10000 BDT): Includes technical support for a period of one (1) year (365 days) from the date of purchase. This includes all updates, bug fixes, and integration support.
  • Managed Service (1000 BDT/Month): Includes continuous "Lifetime" support as long as the monthly subscription is active. This includes all updates, feature additions, and managed database services.

4. Payments and Refunds

All one-time payments (Basic and Standard) are non-refundable after the software has been successfully installed and activated. Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the current billing period.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your Customer ID and Password.
  • Ensuring your ZKTeco devices are connected to a stable network.
  • Maintaining your own data backups (unless you are on the "Managed Service" plan).

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any lost data, lost profits, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of changes by posting the new terms on this page.
